When was the last time you changed your password?

Many clients and staff have never changed or even looked at changing their passwords. Some businesses that do not take password security seriously may never have had an issue, however with recent hacking attempts and the ongoing threat of Ransomeware, you and your business need an effective password policy to prevent weak passwords from being exploited and to increase the security of the network.

A password policy is designed to increase computer security by encouraging users to employ strong passwords and change them regularly. A recent breach at Citrix further ingrains the need for a strong password policy within a business - https://www.crn.com.au/news/citrix-hacked-and-didnt-know-until-fbi-alert-520332

If you are unsure of your current password policy or wish to have your password policy or your IT Systems reviewed, please give us a call today on 1300 798 717 or email info@sbsystems.com.au.
